When you order from our store, you agree to follow our rules for shipping and returns.
It's important to read our return rules before asking for a return. Make sure the product qualifies for a return to avoid being unhappy. We only accept returns if our customer support says it's okay.
To start a return or ask questions, email us within 14 days of getting your package. You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery, with some conditions. If something is broken or doesn't work, tell us and prove it. We can't help you if we can't prove it. Claims must be made within 14 days.
For your safety, use a shipping service that can be tracked or buy insurance. We don't pay for return shipping. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Altered items won't be accepted. Keep the receipt and send us pictures. Choose the right size, color, and details when you order. Check twice to avoid returns later.
We don't accept returns for:
Handmade items Beauty,
personal care,
hair removal, and health products Glasses,
jewellery,
watches, and women's underwear
Changing your mind isn't a valid reason for a return, refund, or exchange. Make sure to check the size chart and color for print-on-demand products. They can't be returned because they're made to order. We don't accept returns for rejected packages or if you didn't follow the return process. Items bought with store credit or gift cards can't be returned. Gift cards and store credits can't be exchanged or refunded.
Custom duties are your responsibility. They're non-refundable. If your package is lost, file a claim within 55 days of dispatch. Claims after that won't be accepted. Check your address carefully. Incomplete addresses won't get refunds or store credit.
You can cancel or change your order within 1 hour if it hasn't shipped yet. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 15 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be given back the same way you paid. Items that don't meet our return policy will be discarded.
We offer free shipping and US domestic shipping takes 2 to 3 business days to process. Worldwide shipping takes 5 to 14 business days. We may split your order into multiple shipments if some items are in stock before others. You'll get tracking information for each shipment. We try to make sure your products arrive safely, but we can't guarantee undamaged packaging. Let us know if your product is damaged so we can help.
